MOSCOW, Nov 11 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian diamond mining giant ALROSA soared to 79.177 billion rubles in January–September from 10.901 billion rubles in the same period of 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Revenue more than doubled to 261.3 billion rubles, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) jumped by around 100% to 113.7 billion rubles.
